Truist Point from A-Z

A

We can make event-specific plans based on your unique needs. During ball games, ADA parking is located on Gatewood Avenue right outside Truist Point. There’s room for 21 ADA spaces. Vehicles must display valid tags while parked in these spaces or will be subject to towing at the owner’s expense.

ADA seating is located all throughout the ballpark on the main concourse. Select locations include along the third base side behind Sections 101 and 103, as well as down the right field line behind Sections 115, 116, and 117. If your event requires more ADA accommodations, please let us know.

In compliance with North Carolina State law, anyone under the age of 21 will not be served alcohol in Truist Point. A valid form of identification is required to be served alcohol. Violators of the law will be removed from the premises and reported to the appropriate authorities.

Dogs are typically welcome at Truist Point unless they create a disturbance for other guests. If your event needs to change this policy, let us know.

An ATM is located outside the center field gate, along N. Elm Street, that is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

All bags are subject to inspection prior to entering the ballpark. See “Items Not Permitted” for a detailed list of illicit items. In order to speed up the process of inspection, guests are asked to bring clear bags to any and all events at Truist Point.

Baby changing stations may be found in all Family Designated restrooms at Truist Park, located behind Sections 101, 104, and 106.

Banners and signs are not allowed in the ballpark as they will obstruct the view of other guests. If your event needs to display banners or signs, please avoid blocking walkways and entrances.

Bicycle parking racks are located outside the front gates. Please properly secure all bikes and valuables as Truist Point is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Cameras and video equipment are permitted.

Guests are permitted the use of cellular phones.

You may contact the Truist Point office by calling 336-888-1000 during business hours (Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.) or filling out the contact form.

Concession stands will not be open during your event unless they’re part of your event’s catering plan.

All major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover) are accepted at most merchandise and food locations at the ballpark.

Truist Point reserves the right to eject any person(s) whose behavior is considered unruly or found illegal. Event tickets will be collected without refund and the individual will be escorted from the stadium. Ejected guests trying to re-enter the stadium may be arrested for trespassing.

Truist Point’s elevator is located behind Section 102. If your event guests need to use the elevator to access the concourse, please let us know. All entrances to the stadium are ADA accessible.

If there is an emergency during your event, please follow the directions of the PA announcer as well as the image shown on the scoreboard. If an evacuation is necessary, please head towards the nearest gate in a calm, orderly fashion. If there is a life-threatening situation, call 911.

F

First Aid is located on the concourse behind Section 107. A Paramedic/EMT is on duty during every event.

G

Gates are located behind home plate on the corner of Gatewood and Lindsay Street, in center field on Church Ave. and Elm St., and outside the right field wall on Appling Way.

Guests behaving in an inappropriate manner may be subject to ejection. Such behavior includes, but is not limited to, offensive or abusive language, throwing objects onto the field, and any behavior that interferes with the event or other guests’ enjoyment of the event. Clothing that is offensive or abusive is not permitted. Those wearing such clothing will be asked to remove it, turn it inside out, or be subject to ejection.

The High Pint is our craft beer bar located behind Section 104 featuring a variety of North Carolina craft beers. The High Pint also serves as the Rockers official merchandise shop with a wide selection of Rockers Wear and team memorabilia. The craft beer bar remains open until the beginning of the eighth inning while the merchandise shop will remain open until after the game.

Come to the ballpark and sit in seats from legendary stadiums such as Yankee Stadium, Fenway Park, Rosenblatt Stadium, Fulton County Stadium, The Metro Dome, Wrigley Field, Dodger Stadium, Citizens Bank Park, AT&T Park. This specialty group seating area can be booked for a group of up to 50 people.

No outside food or beverage is allowed to be brought into Truist Point. Lawn chairs, signs and banners, inflatables, hammocks, glass, alcohol, weapons, balloons, horns, laser pointers, drones, and other missile-like objects will not be permitted into Truist Point. For the comfort and security of our guests, Rockers management reserves the right to not allow hazardous or disruptive items (i.e. heelies, obtrusive noise makers, etc.) into Truist Point.

All children over the age of 2 years old will need their own ticket to the game. Children 2 years old and younger receive free admission into Truist Point.

Smaller, premium boxes located on our main concourse level. To book a group in one of these areas, please call (336) 888-1000 or by emailing [email protected].

Lost articles will be held for 30 days. Guests may bring lost and found items to the Guest Services Booth or call the Rockers Front Office at (336) 888-1000.

Children and parents who have become separated during an event should be escorted to Guest Services located behind section 107. Our staff on duty will be informed that a child is missing, and all entrances and exits will be tightly monitored and staff will begin strategically searching for the missing individual.

For the safety of all guests, Truist Point has a strict no re-entry policy unless otherwise specified. Please make sure to prepare all necessary items in advance such as medicine, sunscreen, paperwork, phones, cameras, and any other items you may need during the course of your visit to Truist Point.

The Rockers have a strict No Smoking Policy. There will be a designated smoking area located outside the stadium behind home plate.

Parking is located in several lots surrounding the stadium operated by Truist Point. If you are a season ticket holder you can buy a season parking pass by calling (336) 888-1000 or emailing [email protected]. General Admission parking is $5 in lots operated by Truist Point. The High Point Public Transportation lets off at

  • Route number 10
    • Elm St. and Church Ave. located right at the center field gate
    • Elm St. and Gatewood which is located 2 minutes from the home plate gate and 2 minutes from the center field gates.
    • Westwood Ave. and Elm St. which is a 4 minute walk to the home plate gate
    • Westwood and Pine which is a 2 min walk to the home plate gate
  • Route 19
    • English Rd. and Lindsay St. which is a 5 minute walk to the centerfield gate and a 4 minute walk to home plate
    • English Rd. and Elm St. which is a 4 minute walk to the centerfield gate and a 7 minute walk to the home plate gate
  • Lyft and Uber Drop off and pick up locations will be located at 301 N. Elm Street (the Centerfield Gate)
  • If you wish to take the Amtrak (station located four blocks south of the stadium) , the ride time from Greensboro is 21 minutes. From Charlotte it is a one hour and thirty minute ride.

There is no refund policy unless otherwise stated.

Men’s and women’s restrooms are located behind sections 101, 104, 106, and out behind the center field box office. Family restrooms at each of these locations include baby changing stations.

S

Scalping tickets is prohibited. Anyone found to be scalping tickets on the premises of Truist Point will be asked to leave.

In the event of a security problem, please notify a uniformed police officer, security personal, Rockers security staff, or report to the Guest Services Booth.

This group seating area is located down the left field line. In this group area you can sit right next to the visiting bullpen.

Umbrellas are permitted in the ballpark. For the safety and consideration of your fellow guests, please do not open your umbrella in crowded areas. Please do not obstruct the view of your fellow guests. Those obstructing the view of a fellow guest will be asked to lower their umbrella.

V

V.I.P. parking is only for full season suite and loge box holders. This parking lot is located near the V.I.P. entrance at 214 Lindsay Street. Game day  or event availability is subject to change and costs $10 per car.

W

The concourse of Truist Point is ADA Compliant and features an elevator located at Section 102. There is a ramp located at the Gatewood Avenue (Home Plate) gate as well the Appling Way (Right Field) Gate. The Elm Street (Center Field) Gate is on level ground.

Guests purchasing tickets over the phone or online may pick up their tickets at the Will Call office located at the Home Plate Box Office along Gatewood Avenue. Guests must have proper photo identification to pickup their tickets.
